Hotel was fine but valet not so much. I just bought this car two weeks ago and they curbed my rim and messed it and the tire up. The car was spotless before my stay at the hotel and during my 4 day trip I took the car out only twice and parked in parking lots each time so I know it wasnt me. I didnt notice it until I got home in my driveway.

The will lie to you with a smile so if thats your style then this place is great. The night shift tell you one thing and then the morning crew enforce the very opposite. I was in town for a funeral so I didnt have the energy to go back and forth. I hate being told one thing and then that is totally wrong when you talk to the next person. Just know you will be charged $300+ per night you stay for incidentals even if you stay in the same room for you entire stay. Budget accordingly because the night shift will tell you you wont be charged and the morning shift will say theres no way to override it and then say ok it wont charge your card we just need you to put one on file. As soon as you insert your card guess what happens a charge. She then tell me you were not charged and I show her on my phone I was the money is gone and she goes in the back and pretends she talking to someone and comes back and click on the computer just to tell me it will be put back immediately. I have finished my trip, come back home went to work and now typing this review and its still not back. So annoying! Please train the staff how to prepoerly run the front desk and not just click the mouse and lie even if its done politely.

Nice and clean hotel except for the train noise. The subway train is half block away. At night time you can hear the loud noise of the train every 5 minutes. There is no self parking, and the valet parking is $73/day.

This property is a right mixture for both Business & Leisure Travellers. Room is well maintained with Kitchen. A four members family can cook and enjoy the food in the room. You will find Trader Joe market in less than half a mile for any grocery needs. Gym is well equipped modernly and Guest Laundry is also good. Complimentary Breakfast is worth to mention with variety of hot & cold options. Crew there is so lovely and helpful. And don't forget to enjoy complimentary Wine & Beer Happy Hours during weekdays. Front desk is also very caring especially Bob who attends every need with empathy. And he remembers his guests and recalls the room numbers as well. Convenient store is available. Parking is valet and entrance is just across the busy street. Nearby activities: City Hall and convention center
