I would 100% stay here again. Super cute place, safe, clean, and comfy. I would recommend adding two things, a blanket for the couch downstairs as it did get chilly at times while watching tv, and a full size body mirror.
Rooms: The bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep. It was very cozy and clean. I would 100% stay here again. I would recommend adding two things, a blanket for the couch downstairs as it did get chilly at times while watching tv, and a full size body mirror.
Safety: The building is safe and must require access. Each person gets a code to their own place. I felt very safe and secure.

There was a little bit of a water bug problem but it was raining a lot that week before. Also since I was staying two nights it would have been nice to request a housekeeper in between. And also after one night of my stay I was sent a text saying that the water was going to be shut off the 2 hours that I was going to be there getting ready and prepping to leave so I had to leave 3 hours early and cut my visit short. But I must say the bed was amazing and the location was very close to my work area also I did not like the washer and dryer combo It literally took me a day and a half to wash and dry one load That was a wast of my time.... The decor was nice but there was a lot of stains and stuff around. But I did like the quality of the towels and the fact that the kitchen had all the utensils and things to use for cooking

Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that there were absolutely no check-in instructions provided. I wandered around the property aimlessly, trying to find any semblance of guidance. The supposed ease of check-in turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, leaving me questioning the professionalism of the management, or lack thereof.
Furthermore, the property's potential ADA violations were alarming and raised serious concerns about its commitment to inclusivity. The lack of accessible features not only made my stay uncomfortable but also left me questioning the legality of their operations. It's disheartening to see a property that claims to be accommodating fall so short in providing a basic level of accessibility for all guests.
Parking at SoSuite West Lofts was another nightmare. The absence of designated parking spaces for guests left me circling the property, desperately searching for a spot. The inconvenience of having to find parking elsewhere in an unfamiliar area added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing experience.
Overall, my stay at SoSuite West Lofts was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of check-in instructions, potential dangerous access and parking make this property a poor choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free and comfortable accommodation.
