        Called with a billing problem. The person I spoke to told me they were off on Monday so they would return my call Tuesday. Never called me. Called again left a message, no response. Called again and was finally informed it was a different canon department that apparently is a completely different canon that is unrelated and not responsible for the Canon that was not able to fix our large format plotter for multiple weeks. Then placed on hold, they were not able to find the phone number for this Canon who is responsible for their leased plotter not working?? Unbelievably poor coordination among a company. Poor product uptime. Poor customer service. Long hold times. Some covid message that applies to absolutely no-one, prior to getting put in wait que for bad service. In summary. Don't use.
