Complete Document Solutions

We leased a Xerox machine for 5 years through CDS, and, now that our lease has ended, we have had terrible service. We have been continuously receiving invoices from Xerox for months for a machine we no longer have (they keep stating that CDS needs to resolve it), I have reached out to everyone I can think of to try to fix this. Our sales rep, Alvin, is completely AWOL, and I spoke to someone at their financial department who said she initially couldn't even find our account. Meanwhile, Xerox keeps sending us invoices and my questions remain unanswered. TL;DR: Do yourself a favor and lease directly from the manufacturer rather than dealing with this unprofessional, third party nonsense.
