If there was an option to put 0 stars, i would. The peoplw there are students and they dont know what they are doing. My daughter's bracket always break. Last time i went there was December. My appointment was supposed to be January. It is almost april now. They had the audacity to put my appointment on april 17!!. Today, i called there. I had to argue through the phone. They said they wiyld call us back for a new appointment, butthey neverrr called us. Horrible service. I had to switc orthodontist places today. So disrespectful.

I don't understand all the bad reviews, maybe they have new staff now, but I went in today to get 2 extractions. Everyone there is Super nice and caring! Seriously. I have really bad anxiety going to dentists. Every single person cared. The anesthesiologist, the doctor, the nurse that got me ready for the oral surgery. Thank you so much for all your professionalism and kindness. For someone like me with a great fear of dentists, it meant alot. Surgery went well and already feeling decent. Place is clean and I would go back if I had to. I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's names but, I am grateful for your service. Thank you

The staff here are extremely rude If you don't want work with patients then don't work in this kind of environment change your careers will never come back again I even called my insurance to complain about this office to not recommend anyone

my consultation appointment was an all day event of waiting and waiting. I had an appointment at 1:30 pm...didn't get seen till 5pm. my wisdom teeth removal surgery was cancelled by these people twice. I've had to wait now three months to get this surgery done because they decided to cancel right the holidays. will never come here again. a waste of time

Bad and unfriendly receptionist plus doctors. One day they kept me waiting for two hours and other day they cancelled my appointment because I was three minute late. Never going back there. And if youre a new patient and your doctors from A1 dental care suggests you to go to Loretto Oral Surgeon they dont go there. There are a lot more oral surgeons nearby who also accepts KEYSTONE FIRST insurance.
