I had such a good experience here today at my consultation. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the Dr were all so nice and friendly, I felt like I was with friends. They went above and beyond, and I look forward to my next visit there. Highly recommend.

This being my first orthodontist I was really nervous. However the Dr and staff are extremely helpful and nice ! 10/10 !! Thanks Doc

I called this office, left a message, used the online form and never got a response. After leaving the voicemail (during business hours) I got an automated text at which point someone was to call me back - it never happened. I wouldn't recommend this office given the lack of professionalism.

First I would like to say, I been going to this orthodontist since I was 14 years old & just started my journey back with them at 21 years old. I have never had a bad experience until today, I had an appointment at 10:50am, yes I did come 10 minutes late. But, it was another patient behind me that needed to sign in so I didnt pay the message any mind that was on the screen that said see receptionist. The Hispanic receptionist saw me walk in & sit down, she even went to the bathroom and I was the only person in the waiting room as people kept going back. She never asked was I waiting? Or anything. Another nice receptionist wasnt at the desk at the time and doing X-Rays and she was so nice enough to ask and even apologize for me waiting so long and stated if I was the receptionist I would definitely asked by 10 mins are you waiting?. I even told the Hispanic receptionist that I was waiting long after 25 mins and then it gets to 40 mins and thats when people from THE BACK of the office notice I was waiting till 12pm ( their lunch time) while the Hispanic receptionist didnt even care to get back to me after already saying Ive been waiting 25 minutes, NO UPDATE OR NOTHING. She even said something smart under her mouth saying Im just a receptionist you have to come up to my desk if you need something. Which is crazy because the other receptionist that got finished the X-Rays was so nice to walk up to me to my chair!! I never had any bad news experiences BUT THE HISPANIC RECEPTIONIST IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Didnt even apologize or anything. Now they were telling me I have to wait till 1:40pm when this all couldve been avoided if she paid attention to her WAITING ROOM .. I almost cried in front of the other nice receptionist that was so nice and understanding because how can the Hispanic lady just still not care or apologize. - Diamonique M ( been a patient for almost 12 years here since I was 14 years old) DR.
