I like this location overall but its trying get them on the phone thats the hard part! Can never talk to anyone

Selina is amazing. Very friendly & she took her time explaining the treatment plan & options. She made sure my daughter felt included & encouraged her to ask any questions.

the environment is clean and neat but the staff are lazy i came in on 1/23/24 for my daughter emergency appointment due to her wire from her braces cutting her jaw we was scheduled to come at 1pm and wen we walked in and i told the front desk her name they didnt have her scheduled for an emergency appointment which it was confirmed and i also received a second phone call to make sure i could make it to the northeast location because my office is the south philly location and i told them yes thats fine because i drive and i dont need her in discomfort they said ok see u at 1pm i get here and its o i dont see her in here is she a new patient is that the right date of birth like i know my child birthday but i feel like there is no type of communication going on with the scheduling and the front desk and i will not be returning i will stick to my south philly location but overall we love cavity/Brace Busters i only give 4 stars because the staff dont know what they need to know
