I drove in from NYC to look at some houses and meet with one of their agents for a showing. I got stood up for 1hr in front of the house, with no answer via email or phone. I mentioned I was in Philly for only 2 days and set the appointment up 4 days a head of time. I just ended up wasting my precious and short time to look at houses. Beware landlords and owners who are represented by this group.

EXTREMELY nasty older woman named Ms.Smith that answers the main number to Lyl reality. answers the business phone like its her cell phone very unprofessional. asked me why am I calling this number & what did I want! when I asked to speak to someone else because her attitude was unbearable she refused!! I asked for her name and supervisors contact information she denied me the information talked to me like I was a dog with no regard and hung up in my ear. If I could give her zero stars I would! The most unpleasant person I ever spoken with They need a real secretary Professionalism is key when you are answering the phone to a persons business!
