Ordered from DoorDash a salad, apple, and ginger ale and when I received my order I didnt receive my apple or ginger ale at all. I contacted my door dasher and they told me that they never handed it to them and they said that it was all in the bag. Also they dont answer their damn phone when Im trying to call and figure this all out. Im sick and I just wanted all my things

going to this panera location is a huge mistake. more than once, ive come to this panera and ordered just a bagel or two. sliced, not even toasted. and they always make me wait at the counter. they never take my name. and every time i end up waiting 15 minutes until someone finally asks me what order im waiting for and i have to tell them its literally just a bagel. happened once again today when i decided to give it another chance. the employee that reached out and got me the bagels was nice and helpful, but the bagels still were not sliced. the fact that it even gets to this point makes no sense. the girl that took my order had no one waiting behind me and stands like 8 feet away from the bakery items. i dont understand why she couldnt have just given me the bagels herself. the service here just sucks every single time. i ordered a mango smoothie and it was awful, genuinely i think the yogurt they used had gone bad, couldnt even drink it. i hate leaving negative reviews but every time i come here, i suffer through a long wait for absolutely no reason and the food isnt even worth it. do not come here if you value your time or money. its a mistake.
