        Dropped my MacBook pro off for a diagnostic after I spilt selzter water by the power button and the computer restarts randomly. Not only did I not get a diagnostic, it was returned to me damaged on the back panel. After I asked what happened he could not give me an answer. I asked him to describe how he took the back panel off, he goes on to example the wrong way of doing it. He pretty much forced it open when you're suppose to raise the back lid and slide it out. He took the blame but said there was nothing he could do after he lied about it. Now I have a damaged laptop that could have been fixed if he took the time to actually do his job.
