Anthony and the rest of the staff try their hardest to meet your needs daily. I feel taken care of here and at every branch. They will let you drop cars off at different branches as long as it is in the same zone! If you're unsure just call and press "*" to go straight to the local branch you found on Google and they will help. Their communication is priceless. I don't rent from anywhere else.

I would leave zero stars, if I could.
My husband made a reservation to have a car delivered, and it never showed up. We spent 2 hours on the phone, trying to be connected to the branch, and no one ever picked up.
We live on an island, and have to take a ferry back and forth, so we count on a vehicle being there, when the ferry gets in. One this particular day, it was also pouring rain, so we sat outside for 2 hours, just to get back on the ferry to go home.
I am completely furious, and will not be able to take my son back to school shopping before school starts now.
Thanks for nothing Enterprise. You completely ruined our day.
I will never put my faith in this company again.
