      image Dropped my car to the repair shop and headed to Enterprise to pick up a RESERVED car. Apparently, Enterprise says there are no cars at all. What's shown on the website is not reflected onsite. Now I am left with no car to go to work. If you want somewhere reliable, avoid Enterprise at all cost. They advertise customer service as utmost care, but it's a big fat lie

      image Scheduled in advance for a car pick up after I dropped off my car at the shop. Showed up at my reservation time to be told there were no cars! They didnt call me in advance to let me know, just waited until I got there I was then left without a way to get to work and the only help they gave was a card with other enterprise locations in the state with a good luck finding one! Guess who had to call out of work an hour before I was supposed to go in
