If I could give a negative star I would. I was requested by T-Mobile to go to the store for assistance with my Wi-Fi router as well as my phone. I moved my Verizon phone to T-Mobile and was having difficulty once the T-Mobile SIM card was in my Verizon phone. T-Mobile office ask me to go into store, give them my phone number, and ask them to look at the notes T-Mobile had put up. Jayonce is one of the most disrespectful people in customer service I have come across. I could list the ways but it would take too long on this review. I asked for a manager. Tron, came out, never read the notes, was siding with Jayonce, was dismissive, even waving his hands. I unplugged my Wi-Fi router, looked at his name badge, call 611 for T-Mobile, add everything in my arms, and asked what her name was. He picked up his phone said he was dialing 911 and he was going to have the police removed me from the store and I had to ask twice to get what her name was. I told him you don't have to call the police as you can see I'm already leaving. Of which I left and called T-Mobile. From the people that I experienced in that store that store should be closed.

Even though it turned out that I didn't have a t mobile Sims card the staff were friendly and professional. Still tried to help me as much as they could.
