Mr. Cook saved the day! I was ready to walk out the door due to one representative insisting (with "manager instruction") what I was requesting (a "pivot" and a new Internet line) couldn't be done in store. Then Mobile Expert Cook stepped in and demonstrated his expertise, while still being able to multi-task and assist other customers. Mr. Cook had everything straightened out quickly and with a great attitude. I was throughly impressed with Mr. Cook's knowledge and versatility. This man is inspirational and I walked out of this store feeling better about my day than when I walked in. Thank you, Mr. Cook, and God Bless!

We came to this location in October of 2021 for my daughter to upgrade her phone. We were given the promotion of the credit foe her current phone, plus $200 additional credit and then once we pay half of the phone off tmobile takes over and we no longer pay on the phone. We'll it's been almost a year, we still have to make payments and everytime I chat with customer service I'm given different stories. My issue is with tmobile in general,however, mostly the associate who explained this "promotion". We have gone into this location twice since the purchase and we are given a different storyline each time. I wish I could give this place negative stars
