ZERO STARS. ms.Shelia is an extremely rude, belligerent, incompetent, inferior, and ungrateful person. she is very untrustworthy and irresponsible of giving any better customer service. drama over a receipt and what it was used for as a $40.00 payment. sheila sits here and asks me what the girl name was that gave me the receipt, are you kidding or in brain dead mode, why is she telling me and she work behind the desk and I'm am just a customer earning service. she needs to know what she is suppose to be doing, not me. this store is all out of order and unprofessional, its crazy that ms.shelia cant remember her staff names or any work related service given to any of her customers. A few minutes of talking and trying to get her to understand what I could remember because from the 2nd until the 11th is a while for memory. talk turns into BS with ms. shelia, she definitely has lots of work to do especially a way of treating customers. you put a customer's word first, not your own. customers are always right and she probably didn't learn that at all, that is how you will earn your business with people. if you feel like a customer is wrong ms. shelia then do some research online in order to keep your business in order and do most of the thinking instead of a customer having to tell you anything. I never expected to be upset or and embarrassed around other customers too. crying and my mom left out there upset because of ms. shelia and before me and my mom walked out there heartbroken she didn't even apologize or said sorry, or have a good day. ms.shelia you need to shut up, stop judging and learn to control your attitude to a customer, not the way you want it because when working with retail doesnt go that way. ms. shelia doesn't have any priority for her mom either, I feel bad for the mom being run over by shelia because her mom believed me when I was trying to explain to her daughter (ms.shelia) about what I was able to remember what happened 11 days ago from the date of the receipt and she didn't want to listen to her, me or my mom. she kept telling her mom to stop talking and kept running her mouth. I don't care if ms shelia is a grown lady but I hope her mother will learn and teach her daughter that patiences is the key in life with others. I hope this store be the next store that will close down in the mall. rude and unprofessional, me or my mom didn't deserve to walk out like that and she told my mom she cant make any more exchanges, after hard decision making and hard earned saved up money for her remarriage. if she had a problem with my mom don't sit and bring any BS to me you handle whatever issue there is with my mom because she is the one that keeps sending me as a paying customers for your business she needs from you. your impatiences and rudeness is why you don't have 100% good reviews ms. shelia, just remember that. no more exchanges, money griever, no refunds, she will just take your money and leave you with nothing, absolutely worst service ever, in the worst way too. it crazy how I came in this store more often and once after any payment or any type of service given, Shelia and none of her staff can hardly remember anything they did from the past few or three days and you have to be the one to have your time wasted and tell them instead of them knowing and dealing with whatever issue they caused in order to resolve any problem, Its sad to sit and take any blame from anyone like ms.shelia, she has to put her children to work and she is not there at the job to know what is going on, and comes a few days after and you have to sit here and listen to her blowing in your face in order to solve any of her problems at all. well want a bad wedding or money wasted and worse service then come to amore bridal and miss shelia will definitely make that happen for you. if you don't, then BEWARE of this place and go somewhere else. this place isn't worth my money. this place needs better service with a owner with more respect and patience.

Sister ordered address since last year August! Still have not received dress!!!! Went by the store....CLOSED!!! Called and she has the calls forwarded to her cell phone. She wouldn’t answer, but would text. Finally told me my sisters dress would be in by July 10 and also had the nerve to ask what size!!!!!! YOU MEASURED HER SO YOU SHOULD KNOW!!!!!I have been calling her since yesterday and sending messages....Of course she didn’t answer or respond to my messages by text, email or Facebook!!!! This is just frustrating and sad!!!! Oh yeah, when I talked to her last month she told me that she was relocating, but couldn’t tell me where!
