The move in process was good Kim did a good job in explaining. Upon entering the apartment it smelled like some was a smoker and our first day eating was greeted by a roach on the living room wall and more in the kitchen. The stopped in the bathroom over the sink isn't connected to the stopper but we like the apartment but not the roaches plus i thought we had a downstairs apartment going up three flights of stairs was not good but things were accomplished.

If I could give this hell hole a -1000 stars I would this is a dump been here since September 2023 its now April 1st 2024 as soon as we walked into our apartment first day there was roaches they have bug people come out but they dont do anything the roaches just get worse and worse no matter how clean you keep your apartment and if ur a clean freak like me you will loose ur mind not only have the roaches became more of an infestation they are biting snakes get in even freaking rats!! And Im on the third floor I cannot wait for me and my fianc 1yr lease to be up I just had my son feb 12 and the roaches is not a good environment for him nor anyone else especially if you have children I wouldnt even put the devil in one of these apartments its so bad not only that our wall was cracked balcony slide door was broke and there are people going thru peoples cars at night just happened to me 3 months ago brook pines maintenance and staff dont gaf about it they dont do anything to fix any issues definitely not a friendly environment at all I hate that I got fooled by the warm smiles when filling out the process but that was all a show to live in hell this place needs an inspection and Im sure if they had one this complex would be shut down its foul nast and disgusting you can hear your neighbors in there apartment arguing doing it whatever always see drugs being passed around always smells like weed everywhere its just disgusting flat out nasty dont live here unless u absolutely have too

Dont live here if you want better for yourself. Very low vibrational energy this complex brought. Made it hard for me to get a place in then when I did the women were unprofessional and catty and always acting like I was a bother. The manager with the lil bob be quick to want to evict you all over having neighbors that never stopped stomping. Definitely personal jealousy I experienced. They definitely dont want to mention how they ran my credit up but when my husband got an apartment there he got it with ease its all good because God blessed me with a beautiful big home and they never getting their money credit still good over here dont rent here elevate anything is possible yall got this. Maintenance was never an issue just the catty women at the front office who will always be stuck. And definitely too many roaches had to buy all new stuff
