Brenda is caring and helpful. I'm grateful to live somewhere that we have people who genuinely care about our wellbeing. That is including maintenance.

Maintenance has really been stepping up in a timely manner to take control of the issues and get them taken care of.

A little over a year ago we decided to move from Germany to Columbia, South Carolina. We were particularly impressed by the Harbison area. Back then, Rhonda and DJ supported us a lot with everything. Especially since we couldn't live here permanently, the contact was very helpful, and we were able to sort everything out via email. We have been living here now a bit of over 7 months. And we were informed that the ownership had changed. Since small problems kept cropping up with living here permanently, we went to the office and met Brenda, the new manager and Craig, who really takes care of everything related to repairs and such (luckily since a couple of months with great support from Kiah). All we could say - it couldn't be better. Absolutely friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing to complain about the staff here. If you need something they will do everything they can do to help you. For anyone who decides to want to move and live here, please note that this is an older apartment complex and is therefore a bit outdated. Unfortunately, the previous owners didn't think much of investing, which then becomes noticeable. But I can't blame the employees here for that. More modern apartments in a similar location are simply more expensive. This is a wonderful residential area with the trails and the lake, a huge shopping area just minutes away, a living area with some quirks, but as a tenant we can solve small things and Brenda and Craig are always open to everything else and help where they can. We don't regret moving here.
