I went in same day to get some flowers for my FILs headstone in Ft. Jackson and they asked me my budget and what I wanted and gave me exactly that. The arrangement was beautiful and I could tell they put a lot of care into their product. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I cant say thank you enough to everyone at A Florist & More at Forget Me Not Florist!! Josh, Dana, Leslie, and Im sure a few others helped put together so many bouquets of different sizes for a sorority event that I was planning and they were GORGEOUS!! I had no clue about how much time and thought goes into these bouquets and Josh worked with me to customize the Peaceful Dawn arrangement to better match our event and we were getting compliments on these bouquets all day. We will definitely be using this business in the future if we ever need flowers!

My husband ordered some Valentines Day flowers to be delivered to my office. I NEVER received the flowers. My husband called and was told that they would be delivered no later than 5:30. When he tried to call them back, no one answered and the voicemail is full! Totally unacceptable! I understand the February 14th is a busy day for florists, but it does not excuse this type of behavior. No one from the florist has even attempted to reach out to him. I tried to call as well and got the same result No answer and voicemail is full. My husband would like a refund.

Updating the review below after receiving a call from the store owner following my previous review. I appreciate Dana calling, apologizing, taking accountability, and putting in great effort to rectify the issue. Dana had a new, beautiful arrangement sent the next day. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and great customer service! (Ordered flowers for a friend to congratulate her on her new baby. The online ordering process was easy, and customer service was good when I called to confirm my order was out for delivery. The quality of the product was the issue. Of course, I don't expect an exact replica of what is displayed online, but I was very disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered, compared to my pictured selection. It's obvious the company takes short cuts by using filler greenery, in place of the beautiful flowers pictured online. I do not recommended this company.)
