This place was very warm and welcoming. The receptionist was very kind and there was a little coffee bar and water. I did a hearing test with Benjy, the hearing representative and he was very thorough and explained to me what the hearing test meant for me. He was very genuine, helpful and amazing. Thank you both for your time and help!

I have been very happy with my Miracle-Ear hearing aids. The product has been easy to use and works great. It was not difficult at all to get use to the product. The staff at Miracle-Ear at Harbison have been so helpful, personable and professional.

On March 21, 2022, while traveling to S.C. from Maryland, I broke one of my hearing aids. I searched the local area, Columbia, to find a Miracle-Ear store. The search directed me to Danielle Beaudoin at 1230 Bower Pkwy. and thank goodness for that. She immediately repaired the damaged hearing aid and did a complete clearing of BOTH hearing aids. She greeted us, my wife was along, with a big southern smile and was clearly happy to help us. What a sweet and pleasant person to deal with. P.S. This is the very first review I have EVER generated. Thanks again Danielle, Larry
