Don't rent or do business w this man. He is a scooter. I did work . HE WONT PAY FOR WORK DONE. HE LEFT RENTER WITH OUT SINK FOR TWO WEEKS. DOES NOT KEEP RENTALS UP. LADT PEOPLE HE HAD DOING WORK WASNT EVEN IN THAT BUSINESS. BAD person, bad company don't believe me, then find out for your self. I WARNED YOU!!!!

Did not have a very positive experience using them. Poor communication and follow through. From an owner's prospective renting out, biannual house checks were never completed, yard care was never done as requested, doesn't seem to be a clear process or communication plan for ending agreements and transitioning ownership. When work was needed to be done, they were helpful in getting it done in a timely manner and able to get multiple quotes. Call and email often and you'll be okay.

The owner of the company does not really want to fix things that need fixing in his rentals, if he does you have to wait 2-3wks to have it fixed, the communication in the office is terrible and very unprofessional and it takes awhile to receive a call back from anyone, I have rented from him for 3 years now and he wants to raise the rent up on us to a cost that the house isnt even worth due to all the things that need to be done to the house. The area of the house is good and quite. Rent is going up everywhere I am aware but if the house isnt worth the amount then he should just leave the rent amount as it is. The office does work with you on your rent as long as you communicate in a email what is going on but office staff needs to be more professional and timely in calling the attendant back.
