- WFH Teleperformance American eagle project. well since they keep rejecting my review on indeed i will post it here. This company has Bad management. calls are back-to-back. training lasts a couple of days and then they will throw you on the phones. They told me a lie saying that I was seasonal and they let me go. I have proof that my job offer letter doesn't say anything about me being seasonal. They show Favoritism towards their employees. They don't care about anybody but themselves. They just use people to take their calls. They pick and choose who they want to keep. I think it has something to do with racism. I explained and explained they didn't care and would talk over you. One sup named Regan N. she will not stay on top of anything that is going on. She will just go with the flow and let you find out yourself. this company is a joke. even tho this was for one project i don't think i will ever work for this company again.

Where do I start ? For training we were paired with someone who doesnt work in our department (Deposits ) but works in CDL for 2 days and then paired with a lady who does work in Deposits and just got off the production floor not too long ago and we had a good training experience with her (no longer works for the company ) . Alot of drama and he said she said as if we are children . Everyone is 18 & up. We were given a shift of 11-7:30pm everyday except Thursday and Sunday (not the most convenient schedule). As most of the class has kids and other obligations but we got through it. Once we finished training we felt somewhat confident for OJT (on the job training ) . We had two/3 huddles per day . We were taking phone calls and performing our actual job duties. I feel with most things we had to learn on our own and the coaches couldve been more helpful and through with our class. The coaches had bad communication with one another. One person tells us one thing and another says something different which causes us to relay the wrong information to the customers at times . Our coaches werent always present and we had 3 , there was only one we could depend on and get assistance from and she made us feel like we were somebody but she is no longer with us . When she left , we felt the impact and our coaches started to come in when they wanted too . Longer durations of raising our hands , people coming to assist us but having attitudes and pointing to the screen to use Solution center . Our coaches being no where to be found for 10-20 minutes or simply not coming in. The coaches not liking one another and leaving us stuck in the middle of it . Saturday 11/18 we had NO COACH , NO MANAGER nobody with us until a coach from another class came to help us . Again , as a coach or manager having a class of 18+ people and no supervision and were in Training / OJT is ridiculous. We did have someone who works with a different class assist us but he came to us because nobody else did . We also had some drama in the classroom that followed us from training to OJT and even currently. We spoke with the academy manager, she told us to write a email and to CC Gracie we have done that and still no response and itll make almost a week of no response . We were told via a BMS communication of chain of command . We went to our coaches first , then our manager so we did follow the chain of command . The rules are very strict as well if you miss a day a verbal , you miss another one a written .. I never heard of no rule like that in my life and Ive been working for 4 years . In the training class we were told we can have snacks , then that got taken away. Were starting skills up on Monday 10hr shifts & were not even fully equipped. We learned who our manager was at the last minute and still havent met him . I wouldnt recommend teleperformance. Very unorganized , minimal communication and effort , strict rules and not enough staff. Higher ups dont show care or compassion to the staff. Its a good stepping stone and you can learn alot if properly trained but use the experience and go HIGHER . I read about teleperformance and didnt believe it and now im another person who has the experience everyone was talking about.
