The place is out of many things that are routinely on their menu, especially desserts, and things like mustard and ketchup too.The orders are wrong when you get them. It does NO GOOD to complain to management.

I go there when I can get to Florence occasionally. Service was very friendly and prompt but they were out of fries! How can a place known for fries be out of fries? And I did not get what I ordered. No ketchup on my burgers and my double patty burger only had one! Wasn't there supposed to be tomatoes too! Service has always been spotty. Not going back cause the trend is getting worse.

Most of the time it's always something. Either they don't have something or they are closed or not taking orders. Smh

This place is very nasty inside The cheeseburger was old and not fresh.. The chicken had so much salt on them you can't eat it.The soda were flat worst service worst food I ever have from any checkers. There's no need to waste your time even stopping there. The restaurant is very unsanitary.. And the people that work there Is unprofessional It's so sad checkers would even allowed a building like that even to exist

Firstly... I chose this location due to the ice cream ALWAYS being unavailable at the location across town. NO LUCK-The ice cream was unavailable here as well. C'mon y'all, it's summertime and you have ice cream availability on the menu. I now have to classify that part of the opinion as no better than McDonald's.
Now, for the real reason that I chose to take the time and give a review. Not only did my vehicle wait in line for at least 30min.minimum we didn't even have our order processed correctly. This could be blamed on the fact that the (ordering) intercom box can hardly be heard however the mistake was paid for so that excuse can't be given. Two fish sandwiches, without lettuce and ADD CHEESE was one order. I had to PAY a EXTRA .49 each for the cheese to be added however there was NO Cheese added to the poor looking sandwiches that were given to my order. There was barely any sauce on them and what little was there was on the outside of the buns. After waiting in the 100 degree heat to even get this order I was not going to return for another 30+ minutes to get the cheese that I PAID for put on them.
Now, I do have to say, the cook was doing much better in this heat than I would have been doing at standing over those hot fryers and busting out the orders. I give him a 100% for effort and production, even if he did forget my cheese, however I am not sure that it was his responsibility, it could have been the young lady at the window who "quietly" took my order, and really made a person feel bad for even having the urge, let alone audacity to choose Checkers to buy a meal on a muggy, hot summer afternoon.
Don't even want to mention the fact that there was no honey mustard to give after making her take a step back from the window to look. I do appreciate her desire to wipe her brow and take a look though!
So, I guess I would actually like to tell the owners of this #CHECKERSRESTAURANT to please take the .98cents that you were paid for cheese that I didn't get and put it towards 1.)FIXING THE ICE CREAM MACHINE 2.)ADDING some sort of air conditioning unit to better suit the space for both your hardworking cook and coworkers (one can't expect Alot from a heat stroke victim) 3.) Fix your order box communication system 4.) Hire more employees for a shift and lastly...ORDER THE HONEY MUSTARD!
