        Jayden and all the guys workin April 7th at 02:21AM are great. Solid customer service . Food is ALWAYS hot af. And on top of that they usually give me a few laughs. Got a lot of appreciation for this Checkers team. Have witnessed proper food safety handling on multiple occasions and never have any issues via DoorDash or Uber. #1 pick for late night eats.

        Arriving well before the 5 AM closing time, I intended to pick up a customer's Uber Eats order. However, I was informed by the staff that the order wasn't in the systema claim I questioned due to the timing and online information. Additionally, I observed what seemed to be a lack of willingness to assist, as the staff prepared their own meals and left. Another driver experienced a similar issue.It's frustrating when situations like this waste our time and resources as delivery drivers. It definitely seemed like a case of pure laziness on their part. Not only did it waste my gas, but it also took away valuable time that could have been spent on other deliveries. This raises concerns about efficiency and service commitment during late hours. If yall 3 boys that was in there dont wanna work then just say that

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
