        Had the lowest car loan rate at the time. Went to the navy federal credit on rivers in Charleston. Alison help secure a car loan for us well as open a member account. She was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and welcoming.

        Terrible bank. Careless customer service. They dont honor disputes, refunds take forever, and they charge crazy amounts for overdraft, they break up your auto draft charges on different dates so that they CAN charge you overdraft fees. Go with BOA instead.
