Being away from home this place had the closes feel to being at home , great atmosphere. Rooms: Clean and spacious. Safety: The atmosphere from check in to checkout had the presence of safety.

The mattress cover had blood on it, I called the front desk asking for a new cover or new room, at first they said no and they would change my sheets, I said that would defeat the purpose because the mattress cover would still have the blood on it. They finally changed the mattress cover. The cabinet and the chair was broke. The carpet smells horrible, the shower curtain had stains, the room wasn't cleaned properly, the breakfast dinning room was dirty had old food on the floor, I know it was old because they didn't serve bacon that morning. The house keeper ate my pizza and wouldn't they did ot threw it away, they clai.ed i left it near the trash can, which was a lie. Finally having to give them 100 cash for possible damage for the room was weird, I made sure to have front desk come and look at the broken cabinet and chair from what I mentioned earlier in my post, I just felt like they would blame my kids for that. Once I checked out he seemed hesitant about checking my room to get my money back, I told him I had all day he eventually went upstairs and I got my 100 dollars, I would never stay at this hotel again. Also had one homeless guy living behind hotel.

Room wasnt ready at by 4pm and wanted to charge us for water bottles at front desk

The hotel is clean. But the upkeep service is not good. I went days without towels in my room and had to ask for it twice during my stay. And multiple times each time. Because they would empty my bathroom of the towels and not replace them. While on my fourth day, my trash has never been empty, and now I had a pile of garbage in my room. The workers are pleasant and kind at the front desk, but there is no urgency to action things. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. And a great location! Wifi is okay, a bit spotty. Don't expect to work remotely; impossible!. The telephone didn't work in my room, so I had to make several trips downstairs to speak with the front desk. But more so, it was the experience with the room's upkeep. :( At check out on 3/25 [6th day] the front desk worker he was not able to give me a receipt for whatever strange reason. My experience wasn't crazy horrible, but it could've been much, much MUCH better. Surely it wasn't good.

The room was rather nice and updated. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with plenty to eat and drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend booking through the website to find deals and discounts as they are not available at the front desk. Safety: Parking lot is well-lit and has cameras all around. Overall, despite the neighborhood, it is safe.
