    PLEASE GO TO "CHANEL!!!""".....SHE DIDNT MIND STAYING OVER SOME ALMOST WHEN STORE WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE TO HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE!!!....yes i went in earlier to see about a replacement phone but my daughter is the authorized person for this account so had to wait on her...in meantime, 1st guy who helped: seemed "agitated and somewhat impatient" because he was just as sleepy as i was that day and i think ready to go...i could tell "he tried to show customer service" but was ready to go home...i told him my incident and ofc i was told had to wait for daughter to process anything but in the meantime...if needed any questions, holla....yes, he did assist me in trying to see if my phone was "workable" after the damages but ofc, it wasn't....he described the newer version phone to me but i wasn't interested...he left for the day...2nd guy as i was walking around waiting on my daughter to meet me at this location...he was "ight"...told him my issue and the phone i was interested in...told me "a little about the pros and cons of the phone" i was interested in and tried to recommend me to the Samsung android AI phones that i knew i couldn't afford so asked him about the phone i could afford and not much information from him until he was pulled to help another customer and so him and this black guy with the box-top fade came to assist me...now i can say IT TOOK HIM AFTER MY DAUGHTER FINALLY SHOWED UP, to tell me that i had insurance and to replace phone that way...i forgot i had insurance so i took advantage of that because i was about to pay out of pocket for a phone that was the least expensive but yet burning my pockets...he did admit the the samasung A14 & 15s are ones that are known for "glitching" but i had no "affordable" choice but to replace the A14 via insurance claim. he gave us suggestions on how to go about the process including the screen protectors for the phone although he mentioned they were out of those specifically (will explain why this is important. Keep reading)...he did provide me a number to call, told me I COULD DO IT WITHOUT MY DAUGHTER'S information and wrote number down...long story short...had to go back to store because i couldn't get nothing processed on behalf of address change and while going thru the prompts me and daughter both realized SHE WAS NEEEDED to proceed this claim. went back to store on my own to see if they could give me assistance...same guy who helped me JUST A FEW MINUTES ago, was assisting another family. Cool...we looked each other in the face as i sat down waiting my turn...no other reps around at this moment. I'm waiting patiently while he attends family...another set of people walk in...GUESS WHAT homeboy says to them..."welcome to Verizon wireless"...oh okay...i didn't get that same greeting when i walked back in AGAIN to get assistance. All he did was look at me and kept doing his thang...well with him saying that, it caused ANOTHER rep to come out and assist these people. ME:...IM JUST SITTING THERE LOOKING LIKE..."WOW".....finally this rep looks over at me and asked me if I've been helped....ummm, no maam,,,ol' dude made sure to signal yall to come out and help the people who came in AFTER me and just left me sitting there, looking crazy...that's when this female rep signaled MS CHANEL to come help me...she THOROUGHLY explained to me how to get a live rep on the insurance claim line vs the automated system...something ol' dude didn't forewarn me of...CHANEL helped me through the process on their business phone while including my daughter on the process as well because we needed her information...MS CHANEL KINDLY, PATIENTLY, and wholeheartedly walked me through the insurance claim call until ALL WAS COMPLETED AND APPROVED....she EVEN "FOUND" THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR i needed for my phone to have it ready to set up on my phone once i receive it via mail and have to bring it back to them although ol' dude TOLD ME THEY HAD NO MORE...dont ask me why he told me that...smh...but anyways...MS CHANEL YOU EARN THE STAR AWARDS in my reviews even if yall dont get star awards...YOU DO!!!
