Kathy was easy to work with. She offered suggestions when looking at all the choices for the bathroom & kitchen. She answered questions when contacted, set up all the people coming in to do the work and made changes when needed. She checked on things as the remodel went on. We used these folks because it was who our builder went through to finish our home so we thought it made the most sense to use them to finish our lower level however couldn't be more disappointed. Lead time was significantly longer than anticipated which is fine but we had to call for updates constantly. Normally I don't mind calling but no one seems to ever answer their phone. Questions that should have been asked by professionals assisting us were not asked. For example we were not asked which side of the vanity we needed the drawers on. Now our drawer sticks out because of the drain for the sink. We were not asked which way we wanted to have our doors swing open so now all of our doors swing out in the basement which looks quite stupid. One of the sales people we worked with had on the labor installation charge even though my husband stated in the consult he was going to install the vanity. When the vanity set came in we were told to "call if you paid for shipping" apparently it was too much work for the sales lady to look at the invoice to see we did. The quality of the product is fine however they seemed more interested in making a quick sale after all was said and done. We will 100% take our business elsewhere when we do some remodeling on our main level. Service: Interior finishing
