I have been in the real estate business for a few years now and have dealt with many different lenders. One thing people don't realize is that the lender can have a MAJOR impact on whether or not you actually complete a transaction. When I see a prequalification letter from Jeremy and his team, I have no concerns choosing that offer because I know that if it is possible for that person to buy a house, then Jeremy will make sure it happens. I have used him to finance the majority of my clients' purchases because of this. Jeremy and his team have not only raised the bar for excellent service, they have taken the bar and thrown it into the bushes, forcing the competition to search for a while.

Jeremy is the best mortgage person in Sioux Falls. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He got us the best rate available which was very low and he helped my brother get a super good rate. He's the best!
