Maybe a great store to find hidden gems but I wouldnt suggest anyone bring clothes to sell, i took a week old 145$ under armour sweater in and they only offered 14$ and would have probably sold it for 50$ or more. Not to mention I had a duffle bag full of lightly used VS Pink items, some rare that you cant even buy anymore and they didnt want them, these items were very well cared for too. It would be better to donate then feel like your getting ripped off. saw multiple people decline their offers bc of how low platos offers, ill be sticking to facebook marketplace or donating.

I overheard a girl working today saying maybe she should put the price lower so she can buy it. Absolutely disgusting people who work there.

Brought in a huge basket containing boutique clothing tops, some SHEIN branded items, dresses, KanKan, MissMe, and Buckle jeans/shorts. FOLDED NICELY. FRESHY WASHED. FAIRLY NEW. They took two things. $6.25 I was offered, when I was looking at the racks I thought to myself they would sure buy over 90% of what I have brought. When I received my basket back, the top was messy not folded, just thrown on top. Walked out pretty disappointed, and got home tonight to realize they never even went through the whole basket. Waste of time dont bother giving them your business.
