Warning!!!! I applied for a townhome during the first week of September, 2021, after going on Annie's Townhomes website. The complex listed 3 vacancies, so I paid my $50 application fee. As a matter of fact, my daughter and I both paid a $50 application fee, due to we both applied. After not hearing back, I decided to contact the complex the next business day. When I contacted the apartment complex, I was informed that they had a waiting list, and was asked if I wanted to be included on the waiting list. Why in the world would this apartment list 3 vacancies, when in fact, they had none! This is bad business, and a means to steal $50 per applicant from hard working individuals. I was informed by the property manager that both I and my daughter would receive our application fees returned in the amount of $50. Yet, it's almost November, and that still hasn't occurred. I've contacted the Property Manager more than once, and she has yet to return my call. They are still listing units, when in fact, they don't have any available. This is plain "Theft!" Do NOT waste your time with Annie's Townhomes, because they are listing apartments fictitiously.
