They dont fix ANYTHING. Unprofessionalism is at an all time high. Literally would never recommend this place. My AC isnt working and I have been asking for assistance via the emergency line and the online maintenance system. Its almost 90 degrees INSIDE my home. The maintenance man had the audacity to say that its nothing wrong with the AC, its just hot outside. Meanwhile, the leasing office feels like the North Pole. I have a small child here and these people do not care whatsoever. I have contacted code enforcement and will continue to report this disgusting complex until my lease is up. FIX MY HVAC!

Maintenance requests are never fulfilled. The groundskeepers dont do their jobs. Theyve destroyed the parking lot. The dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage everywhere. Insects and rodents run rampant, but they charge you for a pest control service that they dont provide. They constantly raise the rent prices, they hide extra fees for services that they dont provide, the leasing office NEVER answers the phone. One day I drove to the office to speak with someone in person. As soon as I get out of my vehicle, I see a lady running to lock the door, turn the open sign to close, and shut the blinds right in my face. These people are crooks and thieves and Ive called code enforcement and Channel 24 news to do a story on their slumlord activities. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Find somewhere else to live. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP. RPM Living is a horrible organization!!

We had problems with our air for a few weeks but Nick one of the maintenance members fixed our a/c in a heart beat. He was explaining that it was a process troubleshooting each a/c unit and he had a lot on his plate and we knew it wasnt his fault and so be beared with him assuming it would get completed within a week or two. He got it done the same day and had no issues since and he is highly in our favor. We can deal with the other tedious things that need to be done until he helps out others that need a/c

Everything that look good not good. I move in less than a month ago and Im regretting it. Since day one we have had problems. For two weeks we had to take cold showers cause we didnt have no hot water. On top of that we had to throw most of our food away because our refrigerator does not work. I have did about 9 work orders for different thinks. I have went to the office everyday just to get someone out there and nothing got done yet The manager will lie and just to cover her tail. I need my money back.

Stayed for two years and the whole time water would seep into my carpet from both sides and drip from my ceiling every time it rained. They blamed it on the gutters being full but only cleaned them out once. Roughly half of the neighbors are horrible to live next to.
