I use to live there Dont do it keep driving When I was there the office was always closed You would think they have gotten better but their still with the mess So unprofessionall I believe they were the ones who broke into my apt I lived at 53#202 Keep driving

KEEP LOOKING!!!! THID IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE MY SON AND I HAVE EVER LIVED. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NEVER AT WORK AND MS. EBONY is the worst! Very unprofessional and rude. I've been trying to pay my rent for the past 3 weeks but she haven't been at work. Keep in mind, she is the only person in the office. I finally seen her Friday and she said she wasn't accepting rent from me. Ebony said that I have until noon the next day to have all my things out or it will be outside. I wasn't given any notice, no court date or no phone calls. She never answered the phone for anyone. She will not even tell me when my court date was. Ebony said she put a notice on the door but I haven't received anything. There are kids that live downstairs and I don't know if they took it off my door or anything. There are no maintence people to fix anything. I had to come out of pocket to fix things because she NEVER did anything about it. My door was locked in and there was nothing done, the light combust one day and set my couch on fire, she didn't do anything about that either. I wish I would have kept driving past this place.

I gave two application fees, and deposit to hooks apt these apt is a no show and never answered the phone meanwhile I'm just gonna stay outside until the mgt calls back smh #nevermind
