I had awfully ridiculous experience Particularly from this location. Especially boys & girls who works at this one, dont know how to process/handle to take care of customers for rental car. Theyre awfully poor on how to count # of renter cars are left from their lot to be available to customers before taking phone calls to process & sent me all of information about to pick up next day. I received all of information including reservation # & a picture of reserved car to my email. Then next morning, they claimed they called to notify me that theres no renter car is available for me to pick it up. I checked my phone & there was no missed call from Avis rental car at all which was verbal lies. Messed up!!

Don't EXPECT to get a car even if you reserve it they LIE..I reserved a car week in advance I even called the location directly to confirm drove 2hrs to pick up car only to find out they closed early and gave my car I reserved to another customer just so they could go home!!! LAZY
