Joseph Alexander and Ms Ebony are good people but very hard to reach. Was trying to get a quote and renew but no one showed any interest in my calls 2 years in a row so I went with another. Tamara Dean

Horrible service and unprofessional. I received a quote from him in seconds on Jan 2024. I emailed him inquiries regarding my quote, and he did not email me back with answers to my questions. He called me to go over the quote, but I requested that he formally emails me with all my inquires and he never did. After 3 follow up emailed on my behalf he never responded to my questions. I will be complaining about his office & service to ALL State corporate. I will be attaching all email threads.

My overall experience with Allstate insurance company was outstanding. My experience with my agent Mr. Alexander, and the office assistant, Miss Ebony was fantastic. They both placed my insurance needs as top priority and provided excellent customer service.
