When I called their phone number I didn't have my policy in hand and the person that was assisting me said she looked for my policy by name, phone number and street and she came back to the phone and said " l'm sorry you don't have a policy or account with Allstate'. I explained to her the payment is automatically drafted from my bank account every month. She said' I'm sorry'. That put me in panic mode. They deserve a zero. I called the bank and they gave me another Allstate #. I do have a policy.
