Any maintenance or make ready technicians avoid this company at all cost.They split their make ready technicians and some of the they grounds man to work for two separate places so they can only pay one person to work two properties. And have some maintenance technicians work 200 units complex by themselves. And you have to pay half on uniforms and only give you a ten percent discount off the rent. They also had me doing full updates for two different properties that was two hundred plus units each. I live in memphis and apply for a job in southaven, but was transferred to Hernando Mississippi with any gas allowance. I like doing maintenance, but this was the worst job I ever had in my life.

MRG staff were always helpful and addressed any issues I had. Michelle was particularly helpful during my time with MRG. I would rent from them again if need be.

I lived at The Westbury for three years. I never really had a problem. I paid my rent on time. I moved out in July and a month later I received a call from a collections agency regarding a balance that I never knew about. The Westbury claims they sent out the information (we left a forwarding address) but we never received it. I see that this has happened to someone else around the same time period. Now this charge is on my credit report and no one seems to be able to do something about it. I believe this practice of sending balances straight to a collections agency is completely unethical. I have been getting the runaround since August regarding this $1,000 balance that I literally didnt know about until it was sent to collections. They were transition during the time I moved out and had their office in one of the model apartments. It was disorganized chaos. You cant get ahold of anyone from MRG. No one ever has answers. I just would like ONE person to attempt to reach back out. I dont need someone to reply to my Google Review with condescending comments, I need someone from this office to return MY phone calls.

I'm giving 4 stars because the property is nice and the office staff was so courteous. I wanted to move here but unfortunately I couldn't because I didn't make 3x's the rent. I'm on disability and can afford it but I wish that stipulation wasn't in place. But I would say give Pinewood Manor a visit. My friend lives here and it is so quiet and the apartment homes are huge. The 1 bdrm is huge..
