        This review is about one of the most awesome customer service agents I have ever encountered. His name is TJ. We arrived at about 2 AM. TJ met us at the front desk. He informed us that Expedia had overbooked the room, and he did not have a room for us. He explained that they had tried to contact us but did not have the right number. TJ helped us get in contact with Expedia to resolve the issue. Expedia took quite a while to find us a room. TJ stayed up front with us, talked to us, kept our spirits up, offered us free refreshments, and overall made us feel great. He had to turn away a couple of others that Expedia had overbooked and offered them the same exceptional treatment we got. TJ is exactly the kind of customer service professional every business is looking for. Thank you so much, TJ!
