        The staff are super rude, they take forever and we are Choice Diamond members. We stayed 2 nights, and because of how we paid using money and points we had to pay each day separately. They charged us for an early check in fee because checking is at 3 and we just stayed in the same room and saved them from having to clean. Ridiculous
