My name is Joshua Im the owner of Completely Decked Out LLC. Were a Deck, Fencing, pergola, and remodeling company out of Belton Texas. Let me explain the experience I had with Master Halco from the time I made the phone call to place my order I knew that Juliana understood how to meet my needs and was very knowledgeable in the products, she placed my order and invited me to come down and take a look at all the products, grab some brochures, etc. etc. upon entering into Master Halco I was introduced by Blake, Stephen, and Anthony, as well as Juliana. They introduced me to some products that I have not seen that would be beneficial to my company, and most importantly beneficial to my customers. From top of the chain to even the forklift driver that loaded my material up. They were kind, courteous, and very helpful. I thank each and everyone of them that I met & and they have definitely earned my business with my company. They had better pricing than some of my other vendors & I am looking forward to future business with them. I rate this company . Thanks again Master Halco Team.

We just opened our company account with Master Halco and this location has been on top of it!
Customer service is beyond the best I have received, they make sure that you have everything that you need for your job and consistently check in. The marketing material that you receive in order to give clients a visual is also a game changer. The whole staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable on their products as well as correct use and application. Juliana makes the purchasing process very easy and Anthony runs the branch immaculately. Materials are always very high quality and secured and loaded well.

Absolutely the best customer service team! Anthony, Julianna are very knowledgeable and really take their time to work the customer. Jack is a pleasure to work with on our deliveries and always has a smile on his face

If I could give Master Halco a 10 star I would! The quality if their materials and the knowledge of Julianna & Anthony is amazing. If you need something delivered, Jack is beyond incredible and always there with a smile. I look forward to working with them for many years!
