Recently moved in I absolutely love it here. I love my apartment!! Brianna was amazing made my move here effortless. Only 1 frustration bldg 7 has the worst parking. Seriously wish they had assigned parking for renters they have more charged parking spaces than regular parking. Otherwise awesome place to live!!

My family and I are SO excited to be moving to Ariza! Meranda and the leasing office team has made this process so stress free, and have been available to answer any of our questions in a timely manner! Meranda specifically has helped us every step of the way as we make this move from San Antonio. We cant wait to be a part of this community!

The Staff is great. Fixed and addressed most of my issues. The foundation is off so I can see light and hear from under the front door. So the price shouldn't be $1450 imo

We moved a year ago and are very happy. Staff very attentive, well maintained, clean and safety environment. Highly recommended.

Havent lived here in since fb 16, following my move out I was issued a statement of $335 for a few days in March for not living there. They tried charging me over $100 for discounting my light early, which I didnt even know was a thing??? Along with other charges as well. The property manager notified me that I would have a following finally utility bill. When checking my me balance for that utility bill I can across several outstanding charges that they were telling me I had to pay. This company is charging me $75 cleaning fee, $275 carpet replacement fee, $160 in utilities and $22 for drip pans. They are expecting the to pay over $500 fees in cleaning fee when I left my unit in better condition than when I moved in. Upon finding out this information I was in complete shock because I know very well that I cleaned that place twice before moving out. The property manager Alyssa, refused to comply with me and even kept my deposit. These people are very unprofessional and very money hungry. Below are the picture I personally took after I moved out and cleaned it throughly. Please dont lease here. They seem to to be very happy when you approach them and they will get you to sign and after leaving- this is what will happen to you.
