image Too many speed bumps that are also super bumpy, ruining my car suspension. Pool is nice. The building layout makes no sense, I was lost for 15 minutes. Having a microwave would be a nice to have, also.

image First thing first, when applying for the apartments I had spoken to Brea and she gave me and suppose to be roommate at the time a tour. Then some how we got switched over to Lisa. Well the girl and I that were going to be roommates decided not to go through with moving in.
Several months later, I go back to apply for just myself and when speaking to Lisa her exact words were Oh I remember you. You and that girl were suppose to move into the 3bedroom and yall never showed up on yalls move in date. Yea yall embarrassed me, so I ended up moving into it.
After that I went back to speaking with Brea about getting into a 2bedroom because I didnt want someone that I embarrassed. And Brea was awesome!
But since I moved in on 2/9/24 it has been an absolute nightmare. I havent even been a resident for 2 months.
1st issue- fridge went out after a week and a half moving in. I had food spoil. I made the service request 2/21/24 and it did not get fixed until 2/29/24.
2nd issue- I reported that the ceiling in my 4year old sons room was leaking 2/23/24. I had placed a bowl under the leak thinking it wasnt going to overflow and they would have it resolved by the time I got home from work. I eventually had to place a big storage bin to catch all the water.
Well the answer to that was no. After continuously calling and calling (speaking to Lisa, Lisa said she would let my leasing specialist know which is Brea) to find out when they were going to fix it, it felt like it got pushed to the back burner every time I called. So I had to walk down to the leasing office minutes before they closed. Luckily Brea was there, I told Brea the issue and said Lisa said she was going to tell you. Mind you, when I walked in Lisa was there and had me take a seat because Brea was with someone. Brea stated Lisa never told her. I showed Brea videos and pictures of the leaking ceiling. Right then and there Brea picked up her phone and called maintenance Ruben to go over to my unit and check it out. Ruben was awesome, found the issue and fixed it.
They had to call someone to rip the sheet rock out and place new, due to my concerns of possible mold. That took about a week. And then I had to wait about another week for them to schedule a carpet cleaning. So roughly my son was without a room for over 2/3weeks. Meanwhile, I was paying for a 2 bedroom apartment.
3rd issue- I noticed the back patio door had air flow. So as Ruben was fixing the ceiling issue I point it out to him and he placed new weather stripping right then and there.
4th issue- I noticed the carpet was wet and Id heard dripping noises coming from the A/C unit in the apartment. The door is held by screws, so luckily I had a random screwdriver to check where the noise was coming from. When I opened it there was a clear plastic storage bin full of water over flowing. It was obvious that they knew about the issue but never addressed it to me. There was also mold around it. I made a report about it and they came the next day to fix it. When I got home from work, I still heard dripping noises and a fan was placed blowing on the carpet. I checked the A/C unit again and water was still leaking and the same bin was placed in the same spot. And also how did you not see or smell the mold around the bucket?!
5th issue- I made another report of the mold. Took them a day to come over just to say they treated the area by pouring bleach. Whos the tell if under the carpet if theres mold too?
I called, I left emails, I even sent messages on the online portal where they continuously say to use. And NEVER RECEIVED a response back until the mold was treated.
I did not get offered to move to another unit, or any compensation due to ALL OF THIS INCONVENIENCE.
THIS place is just absolute garbage.

image My husband and I moved into these apartments about a month ago. We had to move from other apartments due to a smoking issue. I called and Lisa was the lady who helped us from the beginning. I did let her know we were needing to get out of the current apartments we were at due to the health risk from the cigarette smoke. She was quick to let us know what availability she had for the kind of apartment we were looking for and even offered us the move in promotion. She worked really quick knowing we needed to find another place ASAP. She was able to get us a newly renovated apartment and got our keys within a week. We had a little bit off complications when it came to applying for the apartment due to system issues but Lisa was very patient with us and reassured us that they were going to help us and make sure we got this apartment. She made the whole process run very smoothly. Again my husband and I have been here for a month and everything has been great so far. I highly recommend these apartments they are definitely worth what we are paying.

image Termites and terrible communication!! We have lived here for 3 months now and have had some major issues with our apartment. When we moved into the apartment, the floors, toilets, windows and many other things were dirty. We also had sawdust everywhere from the renovations they had done. We put in maintenance requests to get things fixed and they were quite timely with that. (Our dryer now has a dent in it because the maintenance guy was standing on it to fix the light fixture)
After all this we get back from a mini vacation and discover termites in the half bathroom. (We havent used it because they crawl out of the wall and are all over the floor.) We sent a request in and they told us to delete it but that they were now aware and would contact pest control. 1.5 months later and weekly visits, we finally got a pest control guy to our apartment. And now have to wait another 2+ weeks for them to service it. The whole time this was happening, we heard nothing from management and initiated everything ourselves. Theyve done nothing to compensate or help the situation up to this point!
