Nueces Lofts

I had a Friday 2pm appointment and no one was in the office. Drove down 7 hours to view this apartment specifically since they're closed on weekends and I had already viewed other apartments in January. I show up on time, and no one is around. I waited around for 1.5 hours for no one to show up. Called the office with no luck until someone finally answers who is not onsite and said "oh why would you drive so far for an apartment," they also said I'd get a call back, but I knew I wouldn't. Very disappointing and unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential future guests, I don't think current residents have good experiences either. If there is an emergency and they cannot show up, the first thing to do is to call their appointments to let them know. If I hosted a party at my house and had an emergency, I'm not just going to let my guests show up to my door & wait for them to find out I'm not home. I don't normally write reviews, but this Nueces Lofts was a waste of my time.

I was a little disappointed on the personnel being absent but I can understand why it may have happened.

Please understand this property doesn't accept packages on behalf of its residents. Ridiculous.
