I am so happy to be able to live in such an awesome apartment complex. I love the people and all my neighbors. There has been a resent shift to the better here. I am so proud to call this apartment complex home. The work staff does a wonderful job keeping it all clean. So happy to live here.

I am so happy to renew my lease again at Casa De Oro. It’s not perfect but it’s very fair, the cost of the apartment vs what is offered. It’s a small complex that you have constant audience with the manager daily if needed. Which is so different from other apartments you maybe get to speak to the manager by appointment only. The maintenance is also is great and the staff is always very present to the needs of the residents. I do wish some of my fellow residents would realize perfection at these prices will never exist. Perfection anywhere will not exists. I tell them if your not happy move to another place no one is holding a gun to your head. But low and behold they are still here year after year. 😊

We love our apartment we moved in a dew months ago and my experience has been absolutely amazing! Maintenance is prompt and the manager is so nice and speaks to everyone. I did not actually believe it would be such a super experience. Thank you so much for the kindness shown to us.

Noti the typical ALL BILLS PAID apartment building it’s so much more. It has a beautiful fitness center not a “gym” that are typically offered in an apartment. You have so many luxuries and the building been renovated inside. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
