Maintenance Technician, Juan, has been extremely helpful in resolving various maintenance issues for us over time but really came through on 3/4 by making sure a broken window was replaced and that we were satisfied with the service and job performed. Great guy and appreciate his support very much!

Mr. Joan from maintainance team often come for work order and he is just perfect at his work. He is friendly and well behaved too.

Ive live here for over a year now and even extended my lease. Through college I had friends live here and they all loved it. Location is AMAZING, its quiet, conveniently located, reasonably priced for the area, and near lots of things to do including safe walking trails. Super pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. The staff is quick to solve a problem, kind, and speaks to you equally. Recently we had an incident and Rebecca and Amanda did a great job assisting me through the problem in the most professional way and I am incredibly appreciative of them. The management company sends texts and emails for reminders or announcements and have great overall communication. Maintenance is nice and gets the job done in a timely manner. In other apartments I swear you can hear everything, not this one (: apartments are spacious for the price and if you find cosmetic problems upon move it they will work to get it fixed. 10/10 living experience
