Ridglea Village by Cortland

I love love living here at cortland. If I could rate it a 1000 stars I would. Everyone in the office is so sweet. They really care about the people that live here. I have meant some cool people / neighbors at the pool or workout room. The apts are updated to perfection. And they take great care of the property.

Ever since I moved here last September, it has been nothing but amazing. Jordan has been very professional and sweet from the moment I met her. She is truly amazing! Property is very clean and quiet. Only reason it is not a 5 is because parking here is not very great unless you want to be extra for garage or covered spot.

I am going on my second year here and I love it. Theres never too much noise, its clean, and the apartments are spacious and very up to date. Any time there is an issue maintenance is on top of it and bubba even knows me by name and always makes sure to talk to me any time he sees me. Also, the office staff is VERY nice and helpful. Any time Ive had an issue that required their help they have gotten back to me fast and always have a positive attitude. I love living here and hope to stay for a while. I just moved to the third floor from the first floor and Jordan and Bailey helped me out tremendously and answered all of my 500 questions and never made me feel like an issue. Truly my best experience in an apartment complex.

Cortland Ridglea has been my home for over 4 years. I love it here! The management and maintenance team are so responsive and helpful. Jordan and Bailey are especially attentive. I would absolutely recommend this community.
