This place gets an A+. From the moment I meet Madison who helped me I knew this was the best place for me. She has an amazing personality which is very important for the apartment first point of making an impression. The apartment is super beautiful. Very spacious and clean. When I moved in I had a couple of issues which was handle the very same day. I very grateful for the staff and this place, plus there are so many amenities.

Ive been living here for over a year and things just keep getting worse in this apartment complex with the new management. The first year I had no complains. It was a very safe and clean place. However, this past few months its been horrible. First they towed my vehicle bc their system took off one of my vehicle out. They did not reimburse any of the amount I had to pay. weekends the trash wont get picked up till Monday or Tuesday afternoon instead of Sunday as their contract states. I got a notice for having toys in the porch. (Keep in mind other neighbors have mops, latter, dogs and their poop outside). They change the gates password and dont let you know about it. But today was the worse. They left a letter on my door saying I was evicted because of no payment with the date of yesterday March 6th.2024. Today is March 7th 2024 and lets keep in mind I was here all day yesterday. Ive never been late on rent in the year and a half Ive been here. The amount I owed was $200 dlls. The only reason I didnt pay the $200 was bc I work 16 hrs and totally forgot about it. Im above disappointed and upset with the unprofessional notice a day after. Worse part is there is never a manager who can face you or help you. They make excuses or just dont return your emails or calls at all. I will not recommend this place in any way. Most of my neighbors old neighbors have left and I myself cant wait for my contract to end.

We have lived at Junction Crossing for just about five years, and we still enjoy it. The staff in the office is just excellent! They are kind and patient, always act professionally, know how to put you at ease, and help you every step of the way. They go above and beyond! The maintenance crew is outstanding! Olidy and Humberto are very skilled and respond quickly. If you need them urgently, they are there. What we appreciate about them is that while they are exceptional at fixing everything, they are also very nice guys. Very nice. We also trust them to enter our place if we have to be absent for a maintenance issue. We highly recommend Junction Crossing Apartments in North Fort Worth, which still look new after five years. They are located smack dab in the middle of great restaurants and shopping, from Alliance Town Center to Presidio Towne Crossing and Victory Shoppes. The grounds are beautiful, pool area is gorgeous, there are many choices about apartment sizes and options, we have dog parks, kids playground, and even a car wash for residents. Give it a try and you'll be quite pleased that you did!
