Rikki and Abby saved this place. I have a lot of friends that live here and none of us were satisfied before Rikki and Abby started working here. We all stopped feeling haggled and it caused a lot of comfort to finally feel like our rent was going towards a great place to live. They are extremely kind and compassionate.

When I first moved in here, I hated it! The management at the time was extremely incapable and unprofessional. You could tell she was willing to say anything to get you to move in. She showed me built in Bluetooth, security systems, lights you can control through an app, cold brew coffee days, beer Fridays, dog wash, ect and then none of her promises were kept. I asked for directions to set these amenities so many times, I just gave up. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. When the new management came in, I was extremely surprised when Rikki and Abby started here. I noticed that packages stopped getting stolen, the property was cleaner, they started up on the community calendar and so much more. I feel like the professionalism they have shown to me through tough times speaks wonders. I was not planning to renew my lease (I even contemplated breaking it early!) the way that they run the apartments now has caused me to renew my lease with them. The maintenance is great and the staff here seems to work well with each other.
