my family loves this complex its so nice, peaceful and the people here are friendly! the property is well kept and madison was so helpful with the tour and super sweet throughout the whole process of moving in, definitely would recommend this place!

I toured with Madison and she was extremely helpful and patient! She took her time explaining all the options for me and made it feel like a great fit for me. She has a wonderful personality and definitely made me feel welcomed!

I am moving to the area and the Scenic by far has been my favorite. Paula's was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She gave me a tour and the few people we walked by knew her by name and smiled. You hardly see that in an apartment complex any more. Very encouraging! The apartments are very nice, but Paula hands down has moved Scenic at River East to the top of my list of places to move.

Honestly dont your waste time. From receiving a dirty apartment and not even getting keys ready for move in. Just a terrible place. Not to mention the neighbors be stomping the yard upstairs all the way till 2 or 3 am everyday. Office dont care even if you complain to them on more then 3 occasions. Even had my neighbor walk into my apartment look me in the face and try to enter my room. Dont fall for the pony show. Update: yeah they flat out dont care. Talked with the assistant manager and she pretty much didnt care. If you value sleep and dont wanna be up until 3-4 am dont do it. She said you can move to another unit knowing I have disabilities and cant move. So I asked to break lease cause she cant hold their tenants accountable we dont let our tenants leave for anything , we dont care what it is unless you pay our fee upfront . So theres this place in a nut shell. Well put up with since last September whats another half a year. Update: still no progress was told neighbors were moving out sometime ago and that was a lie. They are still there making the same noise. Management is rude and doesnt care about anything but getting their money its mainly the same assistant manager everyone is calling out as well. Apartments dirty, poop everywhere, loud neighbors since September , and trash everywhere. Do not recommend they dont care. packages always stolen or missing. But they are quick to lock you in for another two months at a higher rate due to lease but wont hold residents accountable under the lease of course that doesnt fail. Or will not release you either when the lease states you could have a while ago. If you enjoy comfort and peace do not move here. They will be all sweet to lock you in but after that its a done deal. Update a year later after moving out. Left the apartment clean never got my deposit back and somehow I got a collection a year later about a past due balance. 1 balance was paid off in full. Spoke with leasing office prior to paying off balance and yet somehow a year later they submit everything. No communication email reach around. The people are scammers stay away. Definitely going to court dont do it people. Update 03/13/24. Spoke with the same upitty manager Samantha she was rude and was the main reason my account went to collections. Even though I reached out on numerous occasions as she is incompetent. My account has a deposit which I never got back as well. They will take your money and still cause problems. Rachel and Sam are pretty much there for discounted rent. Rachels words. Dont rent here I left two years ago and Im still dealing with them. So now I gotta pay collections and they stole my deposit. They will lie and be sweet to your give to sign you up but after they dont care. Update. Was told they didnt have my info anymore but yet get called when i post a review. I stand on the attitude I always received. And receipts of the dates I mentioned the neighbor issues inquired about said incident above. Oh its ok dont mentions the deposit that was never given back. Rachel told me that when I was a resident which hasnt been over 2-3 years maybe facts should be stated.. accountability would be professional. No need to speak to you considering youre the person I delt with for all these reviews and you fixed nothing anyway. I stand on poor management. Stay away.
