        I have been a resident here for a year, and the only thing that I can say negative about this location is that the security gate fobs don't work properly on all entrances my only suggestion would be that they make inputting the gate codes accessible from your car meaning you will no longer need to get out of your car to input the codes

        I have been on a waitlist addendum since 05/11/22, i have also given oak timbers a $24 dollar money order to be on this list. I have been expecting to be notified long before now about an opening. If this is a scam give me my money back. It has been well over a year.

      Peggy, thank you for reaching out. Per your request, you have been placed on our waitlist for a first floor 60% income restricted unit. Only 15% of our community is made up of such apartment homes. We have not had any units of this type become available. Oak Timbers is such a wonderful community and our residents truly enjoy living here that they rarely move. As soon as you are next on our waitlist and a unit becomes available, you will be contacted.
