Lived here 8 months and had a pleasant experience. At first glance it may seem overpriced for what it is. But no, its the safest community Ive ever lived in. Thick walls no sound travel. Extremely nice and trustworthy staff aka maintenance and office workers. Maintenance always completes requests super fast. The garage is bright on all levels and feels very safe. I highly recommend renting here.

Ive enjoyed living at the Bexley. The amenities are some of the best in the city. The maintenance staff at the Bexley are also fantastic, anytime Ive had to place a work order Ethan and Luis do a great job at getting it done quickly and do a great job!

Maintenance has been crushing it here lately. Luis especially has gone above and beyond with every problem I have had. Every single one of them say hello in the halls, hold the door, and even ask how you have been. Its not the default hey or just a head nod. They actually ask about relevant things that you told them about last week. Solid work gentleman, I appreciate you.

I never write reviews but I want to warn anyone who is considering moving here. These apartments are far too expensive for the experience you get in return- if you enjoy constant car break-ins reported from your neighbors, loud noise, fire alarms going off, the hot water being turned off at random, your key fob randomly no longer unlocking doors, the parking garage door being broken for weeks and weeks, high prices, broken amenities, and CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION to the point where you feel embarrassed to have anyone over, ever, then you'll love it here!! If it didn't cost an arm and a leg to break a lease I would do so. Do not recommend.

I probably would have given less stars if it wasnt for the office staff. Caitlyn and Luis were the best plus maintenance is always so fast and would always ask if we needed anything when passing them in the hallways. They are super dog friendly with no breed restrictions and have treats in the office. Move out process was smooth even though we were charged on top of our deposit that we didnt get back but Im pretty sure every apartment will find something. Although I think its overpriced it was nice being right next to the trail with a nice view especially when there were fireworks (we were facing the river). The residents are friendly for the most part and would always converse when passing by our yard. Office hosted events often including dog friendly ones which was nice. The pool was really nice too just slam packed on the weekends so we stuck to weekdays. The apartment itself was very spacious with a nice sized yard. The gym was great as well since there was both an indoor and outdoor gym which had great equipment. Dog park is very big with 2 sections. The cons: -garage door was broken for the longest (still probably is) and there was a huge amount of car break ins. Saw a few people wandering around when coming home at night. -loose dogs! So many people dont leash their dogs and I would see them running up to every one. I witnessed waaaay too many dog fights. Coming from someone with a dog that is dog reactive, it was a huge safety concern. Ive noticed a lot of people come to hang out at our courtyard/dog park/open field grass area that live in surrounding apartments. -fire alarms going off randomly without notice. If you have a baby I wouldnt do it. They are extremely loud in the halls and garage so watch your ear drums. -there was an influx of homeless people using the dog water station to wash their clothes and take a shower and one of them was swearing at my dog for barking at him. -the stairway doors were constantly propped open so random people can always come in and out -key fobs would randomly stop working -the units are overpriced considering how cheap it is inside if you pay attention to the details (cheap paint, cabinets that collapsed, shower tiles, walls had cracks, etc) -the first floor floors are nasty. Lots of stains and spills from trash bags that make the floor sticky/slippery. Also some people dont clean up after their pets if they relieve themselves in the halls. Has a prison like vibe compared to the other floors. -concerts at panther island were insanely loud and had our unit shaking in the middle of the night -valet trash picks up trash whenever they feel like it. Not sure since we were on an isolated corner unit they didnt feel like walking all the way down but more often than not we had to take the trash to the trash chute regardless of paying for valet -we really didnt have an issue with loud neighbors but we would hear dogs barking and whining (and even fighting a few times?) throughout the night. All in all Im glad to be out but the office staff and amenities made it decent.
